Rosecrans started business in 1975 to address the needs of the energy sector in Houston. Initially focusing on interior wall systems, Rosecrans started with six employees and 1 million square feet under contract. Since then, Rosecrans has evolved into a full-service maintenance and general contractor with as many as 200 employees and 8 million square feet under contract. We work in commercial properties all over the Greater Houston area. In many locations, we have a crew on-site full time. We even have on-site carpentry, plumbing and key shops in some buildings to serve our customers.
